Partner Insights does have a “sponsored” account feature that allows non-paying customers access to the system.

  • How to identify a sponsored company

When searching for companies, sponsored companies will have a yellow star icon next to the company name to indicate they are sponsored.

  • Limitations of sponsored companies

A sponsored company can only work a single partner per session.   When logging into the system, the user of the sponsored account will be presented with a list of partners and must select which partner he or she wishes to work with.

A sponsored account cannot create additional users.  If the user navigates to the Users section of the application, the + Add Users button will be disabled.

A sponsored account is not allowed to have API access and should not have an API key generated and shared.   NOTE: Currently the system does not prevent this.  An item will be added to the backlog to fix this.

  • Switching a sponsored company to paid subscriber

User must log out and log back in to select a different sponsor to work with.
