Company administers can easily manage users across the organization.
Invite New User
Inviting a new user is simply. After clicking the + Add Users button on the Users page, add the user’s email address and select the desired group.
The user will be sent a temporary password that will allow the user access to the system.
Dispatch Locations
Carriers can enter multiple dispatch locations along with contact information, location and services provided. Drivers and vehicles can be assigned to the appropriate dispatch location providing terminal owners with accurate contact information if they should need to reach out.
Drivers
Users can enter and track the status of drivers. Easy to recognize icons allow the user to determine if a driver has a possible expired certification or has been locked out at a terminal. Filters allow the user to find the driver they are looking for or discover which drivers have been setup at a particular terminal.
Entering a driver
To add a driver to the system requires only a few pieces of information.
Once entered, the user can add the necessary documentation (certificates), manage the dispatch location for a driver giving terminal operators the proper contact information in case or issues and view the terminals where that driver has been cleared.
Driver specific information is visible for each terminal where the driver is assigned. Including the lockout status, date and reason.
