How do I add another company administrator?

If a company wishes to add an additional company administer, they can manage that through the users section of their application account.   In the case where only one company administrator exists within an account and that company administrator is not available to add another, this can be performed by DTN support by updating the email

How do I lookup the company administrator for my account?

After logging into the platform administration account, click Companies icon. Using the filters, search for the desired company.  Once found, click on company record and click edit.   Located half-way down the page is a section for Company Admin.
